ACCESS TO THE PILL, EVERY DAY
The NHS contraception service offers a free and convenient way to start or renew your birth control pill without needing to visit your GP or a sexual health clinic.
We will work with you to figure out which is the best medication for you. either the Combined Oral Contraceptive Pill or the Progesterone Only Pill (sometimes referred to as the 'mini pill').
Available for those aged between their first period and 54 (49 years old for the combined pill).
If you are wanting to start on oral contraceptive medication, we offer in-person appointments with our trained pharmacists.

During your 20 minute consultation you will speak with our registered pharmacist who will help find the best option for you.
Collect your new prescription, free of charge as per NHS guidelines.
If you are wanting a continuation of your medication, there is no need to come in for your appointment! We are able to issue it over the phone*.
*for the combined oral contraceptive, we will need to take a blood pressure reading, we can do this upon collection of your medication.
