There is no need to wait until the surgery opens, nor wait in a telephone queue.
It is perfect for managing your prescriptions, as it keeps you updated from GP approval right through to being ready for pickup.

STEP ONE
Download the Prestwich Pharmacy App
Click the button or scan the QR code to open your app store. Then press ‘Get’ or ‘Install’ to download the Prestwich Pharmacy App.
Alternatively, you can type ‘Prestwich Pharmacy’
into the search bar in your app store.
STEP TWO
Setting up the Prestwich Pharmacy App
Open the app and allow the enabling
of all notifications (this will allow
us to send you reminders for
ordering and picking up your prescriptions).
STEP THREE
Logging into the Prestwich Pharmacy App
Select the blue ‘Continue with NHS login’ button as it is in the example below and you will be brought to the NHS screen.
STEP FOUR
Linking your NHS account
Follow the instructions on the NHS screen and log in using your NHS details. You may be sent a code via text that you will need to input, to verify that it is you.
STEP FIVE
Using the Prestwich Pharmacy App
You will then be directed back to the
Prestwich Pharmacy home page.
STEP SIX
Ordering your repeat prescriptions
Click on the medication icon at the bottom right
hand side of your screen and it will take you to
your prescriptions, from there you can order your repeat prescriptions.
